The Impact DSU digital system is available in sizes from 4x8 to 24x48 and offers a wide selection of features usually found only in larger, more expensive systems. This system includes the DSU (digital service unit) and Impact digital telephones, which offer a variety of features, including an interactive liquid crystal display, programmable feature keys, three color lighted status indicators, and subdued off hook voice announce for receiving intercom calls while on a telephone call. The LCD display on Impact telephones allows you to scroll through menus and activate the features you need without entering complicated programming codes. Caller ID compatibility, forced or optional account codes, extensive system and accounting reports, and departmental call distribution (DCD) are just a few of the high performance options available to make your business run more smoothly.
