Coral Automatic Call Distribution System

The Coral ACD helps users gain maximum productivity and profitability by evenly distributing incoming calls and keeping track of calling patterns and performance.

Call distribution is handled by the Coral switching system while statistical data, including real time status, is reported to the PC based ACD management information system at the ACD supervisory position.

Four offerings are available for economical sizing of agent groups or functions, including a "monitor only" version for users not requiring the additional sophistication of report generation, historical data and modelling capabilities.
